In the letter received from the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey; The "Judiciary and Business World Symposium/Kayseri" meeting, which will be held with the participation of our Minister of Justice Mr. Yılmaz TUNÇ and our Union President Mr. M. Rifat HİSARCIKLIOĞLU, where the problems experienced within the scope of commercial and contract law and alternative dispute resolution methods will be discussed, will be held on June 20, 2025 at 10:30 in the Kayseri Chamber of Commerce M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu Conference Hall (Alsancak Mah. Kocasinan Bulvarı No: 167 Kocasinan/Kayseri). The symposium will be attended by the Court of Cassation, Ministry of Justice, Board of Judges and Prosecutors, Regional Court of Justice presidents and members, judges of the judiciary, the Union of Turkish Bar Associations, the Union of Turkish Notaries, the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey, representatives of chambers of commerce and chambers of industry, representatives of bar associations, mediators, experts and academics.
