With the Right to Information Law published in the Official Gazette dated 24 October 2003 and numbered 25269 and accordingly the Regulation on the Principles and Procedures Regarding the Implementation of the Right to Information Law published in the Official Gazette dated 27 April 2004 and numbered 25445; The applications regarding the application procedures and methods to be made within the framework of this Law are regulated in detail. According to this regulation;
Application Procedure:
Application for information to be made by real and legal persons; For real persons, the applicant's name, place of residence, and for legal persons, the title, address and authorization certificate of the legal person, the petition containing the requested information or document is made to the information units of the institutions and organizations where the requested information or document is located.
Applications to be made electronically:
Applications to be made via e-mail are made by filling out the relevant petitions published on the website of the institution, specifying the applicant's name, surname, place of residence, TR identity number.
The nature of the information or documents to be requested
The Application for Information must be related to the documents that are or should be in the possession of the institutions and organizations applied. However, it is essential that whether the information or documents requested by the petition are in the records of the institutions and organizations, and the process of providing access to the information and documents, does not disrupt the daily work of the institution or organization and does not impose an unreasonable burden on the institution.
Information and documents published or disclosed to the public:
Information and documents published by institutions and organizations or disclosed to the public through publications, brochures, announcements and similar means cannot be the subject of information applications.
Prohibition of publication of information and documents:
Acceptance, evaluation and processing of applications:
In order for the application petitions to be accepted, it is essential to apply in accordance with the law. In order to fill out the petition completely, assistance is requested from the information authority in institutions and organizations. In applications to be made electronically, the petition is processed after the TR identity number is checked and verified.
Assistance to applicants:
The authorities in charge of the Right to Information unit are obliged to assist and guide the applicant in exercising their rights.

MESSAGE FROM THE CHAIRMAN
Dear Members, Esteemed Fellow Citizens,
As Ereğli Commodity Exchange, we continue our efforts with a mission that guides the economic life of our city, supports our producers, and contributes to the development of trade. Drawing its strength from its members, our Exchange continues to play an active role in the development of regional agriculture and commerce with its growing structure and innovative approach.
We are making great efforts to ensure that Ereğli, the heart of agriculture and livestock, utilizes its potential in the most efficient way, that our producers receive fair value for their labor, and that our members operate under more competitive conditions. With a transparent, fair, and participatory management approach, we move forward together with our members.
By closely following technological advancements and adapting to digital transformation, we develop projects to make the services we offer more accessible and effective. At the same time, we place great importance on increasing our members' knowledge and competencies through educational activities.
Our main objective as Ereğli Commodity Exchange is to act with a vision that considers not only today but also the future, and to ensure that our producers and traders take stronger positions in national and international markets.

Ereğli Commodity Exchange

Zekeriya Ünlü was born on 19.03.1966 in Ereğli District of Konya. Zekeriya Ünlü, who started his commercial life after his primary and secondary school education, still carries out the buying, selling and slaughtering of live animals.
Zekeriya Ünlü was elected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors in the organ elections held in June 2013 and won the Presidency of the Stock Exchange in the organ elections held in 2018. Zekeriya Ünlü, who is still the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Konya Ereğli Commodity Exchange, also serves as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Konya Ereğli Beet Planters Cooperative and a Member of the Board of Directors of Konya Ereğli Barrier-Free Tomorrows Association.
Zekeriya Ünlü is married and has 4 children.
