In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), the personal data you provide to the Konya Ereğli Commodity Exchange website (https://ereglitb.org.tr/) including your name, surname, address, phone number, fax number, national ID number, passport number, company title, and email address, is processed in compliance with the basic principles stipulated in the KVKK. The necessary activities for benefiting the relevant persons from the services and content offered by the Exchange are carried out by the business units and necessary business processes are conducted for carrying out the activities of the Exchange. This includes the planning and execution of the Exchange's commercial and/or business strategies, ensuring the legal, technical, and commercial security of the Exchange and relevant individuals in business relationships, and other processes, in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law. These data are securely stored either physically or electronically for the period that aligns with the purposes they were collected for.

In cases where the conditions for personal data processing specified in Articles 5/2 and 6/3 of the Law cannot be met, the explicit consent of the members is required for the Exchange to process personal data. For processes that do not require explicit consent, data processing activities are carried out within the scope of the Clarification Notice. In processes where explicit consent is required, data is processed in accordance with the fundamental principles stated in the Clarification Notice.

(i) I consent to the ability for my personal data to be accessed, processed, obtained, recorded, stored, retained, used, preserved, modified, reorganized, disclosed, made available, classified, and shared with others via the Konya Ereğli Commodity Exchange website;

(ii) If the Exchange is required to share my personal data to fulfill its legal obligations, to enforce or apply the terms and conditions of other contracts, or to safeguard the rights, property, or security of the members or others, I pre-approve the sharing of my personal data with the Exchange’s professional advisors who are bound by confidentiality, including public institutions and authorized private legal entities that are legally authorized to do so;
