Soybean benchmarking visit within the scope of R&D study

In order to better see and evaluate the progress of our soybean trial, which we carried out within the scope of our R&D study, we met with soybean farmers in the Adana region, where soybeans are grown intensively, and made on-site examinations and comparisons. In our comparison, we decided that there was no negative difference between the planting date and maintenance processes and the vegetation process of the products, and that the soybean plants in our region did not have any problems in terms of adaptation.

MESSAGE FROM THE CHAIRMAN
Dear Members, Esteemed Fellow Citizens,
As Ereğli Commodity Exchange, we continue our efforts with a mission that guides the economic life of our city, supports our producers, and contributes to the development of trade. Drawing its strength from its members, our Exchange continues to play an active role in the development of regional agriculture and commerce with its growing structure and innovative approach.
We are making great efforts to ensure that Ereğli, the heart of agriculture and livestock, utilizes its potential in the most efficient way, that our producers receive fair value for their labor, and that our members operate under more competitive conditions. With a transparent, fair, and participatory management approach, we move forward together with our members.
By closely following technological advancements and adapting to digital transformation, we develop projects to make the services we offer more accessible and effective. At the same time, we place great importance on increasing our members' knowledge and competencies through educational activities.
Our main objective as Ereğli Commodity Exchange is to act with a vision that considers not only today but also the future, and to ensure that our producers and traders take stronger positions in national and international markets.

Ereğli Commodity Exchange

Zekeriya Ünlü was born on 19.03.1966 in Ereğli District of Konya. Zekeriya Ünlü, who started his commercial life after his primary and secondary school education, still carries out the buying, selling and slaughtering of live animals.
Zekeriya Ünlü was elected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors in the organ elections held in June 2013 and won the Presidency of the Stock Exchange in the organ elections held in 2018. Zekeriya Ünlü, who is still the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Konya Ereğli Commodity Exchange, also serves as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Konya Ereğli Beet Planters Cooperative and a Member of the Board of Directors of Konya Ereğli Barrier-Free Tomorrows Association.
Zekeriya Ünlü is married and has 4 children.
